DEERFIELD - Abraham Peters Reimer, 64 died September 27, 2014 at his home unexpectedly. He was born on October 20, 1949 in Cuauhtemoc, Chihuahua, Mexico.

He married his wife Sara Hamm Reimer on August 15, 1970 in Mexico and they had six children together. Abraham loved working on the farm, driving the tractor. He also enjoyed spending time on his John Deer A tractor at his home near Deerfield.

He is survived by his wife Sara Reimer of Deerfield; two daughters, Helena Wiebe and Anna Bortsch both of Hugoton; four sons, George Reimer of Parsons, Henry Reimer of Guymon, Oklahoma, Abe Reimer of Hugoton, and John Reimer of Enid, Oklahoma, 18 grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Anna Reimer; five sisters; and four brothers.

Funeral service will be held at Reinlander Mennonite Church in Sublette on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at 1:00 PM with Preacher John Fehr presiding. Burial will follow at Haskell County Cemetery in Sublette. Thoughts and memories may be shared in the online guest book at www.swaimfuneralhome.com.
