Dodge City - Aurelia Garcia, 54, died October 19, 2014 at Western Plains Medical Complex inDodge City. She was born on November 17, 1959 in Mexico the daughter of Jose Perez and Ma. Concepcion (Fraire) Rios.

Aurelia is survived by two sons, Roque Garcia of Larned & Pedro Garcia of Dodge City; seven daughters, Maria Valles of Grand Rapids, MI, Julie Valles of Dodge City, Nancy Escarcega of Dodge City, Trini Garcia of Dodge City, Petra Martinez of Dodge City, Framina Perez of Dodge City, and Cristina Perez of Woodward, OK.

Funeral Mass will be held at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Dodge City on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. with Rev. Terrance Klein presiding. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Dodge City. Visitation will be at Swaim Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 from 10:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.. Vigil service will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at 7:00 P.M. at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Dodge City.
