Dodge City - Axel Javier Rivera-Sosa, 11 months, died December 4, 2014 at Children's Hospital of Colorado. He was born on December 10, 2013 at Dodge City, Kansas the son of Hector Rivera and Ilma Sosa.

He is survived by his parents; two brothers, Jonathan Menendez and Gerson Menendez and a sister Arline Menendez, all of Dodge City.

Funeral service will be held at Swaim Funeral Home, Dodge City on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at 3:00 P.M. with Rev. Wesley Schawe officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Dodge City. Visitation will be at Swaim Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 from Noon to 5:00 P.M..
