Dodge City – Bertha Alicia Montes, 52, died Thursday, September 17, 2020.  She was born on December 19, 1967 in Dodge City, the daughter of Jesus Montes and Juana Arciniega.

Bertha was a lifetime resident of Dodge City.  She attended schools in Dodge City.  Bertha enjoyed cooking, music, and living in the moment.  She loved her family and was a proud mother and grandmother.

Bertha is survived by her three sons, Jesus Manuel and spouse Sonia; Roberto Carlos and spouse Brekk; and Jorge Luis and spouse Mariel; daughter Erika Mari and spouse Kayla; 10 grandchildren, Emery, Ancel, Jesus Jr., Viah, Hayden, Risley, Marriah-Lynn, Khloe, Justyne, Alyxia, and Catalina; her mother, Juana; a brother, Marcos; and two sisters, Elisa and Tonia.  She is preceded in death by her father and one brother, Jessie.
