Dodge City - Betty Bernice Kraft, 84, died July 26, 2021 at Dodge City.  She was born on February 13, 1937 at Ness City, the daughter of Emanuel and Eva (Mai) Fose.

On May 28, 1955 she married Paul LeRoy Kraft and resided in Ness City after their marriage. In 1966 they moved to Jetmore and in 1982 to Dodge City.

She loved doing demos, playing cards, going to garage sales, camping and fishing (she was excited over every fish caught).Betty always welcomed you into her home and you were lucky if she made you her ham and beans with dumplings. She made everyone around her smile in her one of kind, fun loving, goofy, but always sweet way. Betty was loved and will be missed by everyone.

She leaves behind her four children, who were so proud to call her momma, Debbie Tasset and husband Tom of Spearville, Cindy Klein of Dodge City, Tony Kraft of Dodge City, and Terry Kraft of Palm Springs, California; grandchildren, Kyle Klein and wife Amber and Aubrey Tasset; great grandchildren, Leiyah, Kaylie, and Piper; sister, Lillian Tickle and brother, Bobby Foos and wife Versa; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul Kraft in 2009; sisters, Lorrine Butterfield, Ruth Pohlman, Velma Dunham, Doris Allen and Donna Corp; brothers, Leroy and Ralph Fose; and son-in-law, Jack Klein.
