Obituary
Charlene Rodriguez, 63, died Thursday,October 22, 2009 at Wesley Medical Center at Wichita, KS. She was born on January 16, 1946 at Phillipsburg, KS the daughter of Marvin and Clara (Imm) Smith.
She grew up in Phillipsburg, Kansas and graduated from high school there.Mrs. Rodriguez has been a resident of Dodge City for the past 36 years. She worked as a cook at various hometown restraunts in Dodge City.She was also enployed at Loves for four years,and most recently worked at the Holiday Motel.She was a well known friend of the community.
Survivors include two daughters Jessica Herrera and Alisia Rodriguez;four sons Curtis Lindholm,Marvin Lindholm,Dennis Lindholm,Larry Lindolm
She also survived by 8 Grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at Swaim Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Randall Jahnke presiding. Visitation will be at Swaim Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Memorials can be made to Charlene Rodriguez Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
