Dodge City - Charles (Chuck) Eldon Babcock, 81, passed away November 6, 2018 at Presbyterian Manor of the Plains, Dodge City.  He was born on February 23, 1937 in Hutchinson, the son of Leon and Wilma (Taylor) Babcock.

Charles is survived by his wife Ruth of the home; children, Susan (John) Ellmore of Garden City, Kris Babcock of Hoxie, Doug (Dalene) Babcock of Hoxie, Dallas Babcock of Scott City, Jeff (Andrea) Babcock of Dodge City, Donna Metcalf of Wichita, Ralph Metcalf of Dodge City, and Tish (John) Kampling of Wichita; 14 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren; and nieces Michelle (John) Cahoj of Hoxie and Cheryl (Frank) Elsen of Abilene, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents Leon and Wilma Babcock; brothers, Richard and Fredrick, and sister in law Susan.

Memorial service will be held at Swaim Funeral Chapel in Dodge City on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 11:00 AM with Rev.
