Dodge City - Cheryl Crockett, 68, died December 16, 2018 at her home in Dodge City. She was born on March 23, 1950 at Ensign, Kansas the daughter of Donald J. and Margaret (Kincaid) Faulkner.

She married Virgil Crockett on July 24, 1994 in Kingman, Kansas he preceded her in death on March 29, 2002. She enjoyed doing cross stitch and crocheting and working on jigsaw puzzles in her spare time. Mrs. Crockett loved working in her rose garden.

She is survived by two sons Larry Koehn and daughter-in-law Rachel Baker: Terry Lee Walters; two daughters Dina Kreger and son-in-law Gordon Willard; Jennifer Walters and son-in-law Zachary Head; stepson Steve Crockett. She is also survived by her grandchildren Dustin, Ashley, Dakota, Derek, Isabella, Lilly, Allison, Malichi, Dominic, Casey and Isaiah. Mrs. Crockett is also survived by two brothers Danny Faulkner and Duane Faulkner.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral service will be held at Swaim Funeral Chapel on Friday December 21, 2018 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Kirk Larson presiding.  Burial will follow at Ensign Cemetery in Ensign.  Visitation will be at Swaim Funeral Chapel on Thursday, December 20, 2018 from 12:00 to 8:00 PM. Memorials are suggested to Ford County Humane Society in care of the funeral home.
