Dodge City - Claudia Vanessa Vega, 39, died July 21, 2015 at Quinter, Kansas. She was born on November 10, 1975 in Mexico, the daughter of Arturo Tena and Maria Esther Orozco.

She worked as a lab technician for Medical Heights in Dodge City.

She was a member of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe of Dodge City.

Claudia is survived by her husband Juan Ramirez, Dodge City; two sons Martin Vega & Adrian Vega; a brother Arturo Tena, Dodge City and a sister Melinda Andazola, sister Karla Tena both of Dodge City.

A vigil service will be held 7:00 P.M. on Sunday, July 26, 2015 at Swaim Funeral Home in Dodge City. Funeral Mass will be held at Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Dodge City on Monday, July 27, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. with Rev. Wesley Schawe presiding. Cremation will follow the service.
