Dodge City - Deborah Foote, 70, died November 2, 2019 at her home in Dodge City. She was born on March 23, 1949 at Hamtramck, Michigan the daughter of James B. and Ada V. (Sadler) Scott.

She married Arthur Foote on April 22, 2012 in Liberal, he survives. Mrs. Foote ran a daycare for several years and dearly loved the children she took care of. She loved spending time with her family and friends in her spare time. Mrs. Foote also enjoyed cooking as well as reading a good book or watching a good movie. She always enjoyed decorating her home for Christmas.

She was a member of the Hanna Memorial Church and served as President of the Usher Board.

Deborah is survived by her husband, Arthur Foote of the home; one son, David Scott of Dodge City; one grandson, Benton Xavier Anderson Scott; one granddaughter, Mya Divine Scott; a nephew Benton "Pacco" Scott; and niece, Shrron Scott both of California. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Benton Harvey Scott.

Memorial service will be held at Hanna Memorial Church on Sunday November 10, 2019 at 4:00 PM with Pastor Levert Owens Jr. presiding. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place.
