Dodge City - Debra Pugh, 69, died April 11, 2025 at the Minneola Hospital in Minneola, Kansas. She was born on July 21, 1955 at Wichita, Kansas the daughter of Ethlyn Louise Copeland.

She married Walter Ellis Pugh on December 11, 1983 in Dodge City, he survives. Mrs. Pugh enjoyed working in her flower garden as well as her yard whenever she had the chance. She also enjoyed sewing, traveling, going to horse races and spending time with her family in her spare time. She loved her dog Buddy.

She was a member of the Heaven Bound Cowboy Church.

She is survived by her husband Walter Ellis Pugh of the home; one daughter Angie Woydziak and husband Jeremy and their two daughters Grace and Faith Woydziak of Dodge City; one stepson Brain Pugh of Wichita; three brothers Kenneth Green and wife Janell of Borger, Texas; Gary Green of Bucklin; Mark Green and wife Sonia of Lindale, Texas; three sisters Cheryl Lykins and husband Cliff of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; Sharon Fulton of Fountain, Colorado and Norma and Tom Cecil of Raton, New Mexico.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Robert Green and his wife Voung Green and one nephew Rocky Green.

Funeral service will be held at Swaim Funeral Chapel on Thursday April 17, 2025 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Jay Stapleton presiding.  Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Dodge City. Visitation will be at Swaim Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Memorials are suggested to Parkinson Foundation in care of the funeral home.
