Delbert Roy Pickle
Cimarron - Cimarron- Delbert Roy Pickle 86, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, January 23, 2026. He grew up in Ingalls, Kansas and graduated from Ingalls High School in 1957. Delbert married the love of his life on January 31, 1960 in Cimarron.
He joined the Army in June 1960 and was stationed in Germany for a year. Delbert was well loved in the community of Cimarron and was co-owner of B&P Auto Parts Store. He was a father to two children Justin and Linda as well as a father figure to many in the community. Delbert was a grandfather to two grandchildren Clint and Tiffany and was a grandfather figure to many in the community too. He is preceded in death by one child Linda, a brother Carol, his sister Majorie, his parents and many other family members and friends.
Delbert is survived by his wife of 65 years Violet, his son Justin, his grandson Clint Legg (Jade) of Cimarron and Tiffany Pickle (Rob) of Southeast Kansas, his brother Wayne Pickle (Sandy) of Wichita, all his great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
No funeral service will be held as cremation has taken place. Memorials are suggested to the VA in Dodge City.
