Dodge City - Delores Darlene Adams, 67, died at St. Francis Hospital, Wichita on March 6, 2024.  She was born on January 30, 1957 in Dodge City, Kansas, the daughter of James O. and Wanda Williams.

In her younger years, Delores loved gymnastics, roller skating, and partying. Some of her favorite pastimes were watching her soaps, playing slot machine games on her computer, and playing card games like Pitch and Rummy. Her boys were her life and she kept them in line.

She is survived by her children, Jimmy Adams (Brittany), Ross Adams (Renee), and Kenny Adams all of Dodge City; grandchildren, Kris, Trinity, Alissa, Jocelynn, Aubree, and Eric; a great-granddaughter, Aaliyah; and a brother, Eddie Williams (Renee) of Dodge City. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Selena Williams.

Burial will take place at Maple Grove Cemetery on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at 2:00 PM. Visitation will be on Monday, March 11, 2024 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM at Swaim Funeral Chapel, Dodge City.
