Dodge City - Deloris A. Donnelly, 93, died November 20, 2023 at Presbyterian Manor of the Plains, Dodge City.  She was born on June 18, 1930 at Palco, the daughter of Jake and Jennie (Hagen) Aust.

Deloris married Phillip E. Donnelly on May 15, 1950 in Hays. He preceded her in death on February 10, 1987. They lived in Hill City before moving to Dodge City in 1961. Deloris owned and operated Donnelly Liquor in Dodge City for many years. She enjoyed playing cards, dancing and spending time with her grandchildren.

Deloris is survived by her daughters, Patricia Gerber of Dodge City, Peggy Meyer of Boynton Beach, Florida, daughter-in-law, Marianne Donnelly of Topeka; grandchildren, Shayna Bjork, Lance Gerber & Rebecca, Clinton Harms, Briann Harms, Leann & Dan Camacho, Michael Donnelly & Gina, and Christopher Donnelly & Lucy;  great grandchildren, H.D. Bone & Clinton Bone, Garritt Bjork, Regan Gerber, Troy & Ozzie Camacho, Rae Harms, and Emmy & Ada Donnelly; sisters, Doris Coddington of Hill City, Nadine Dugan of Plainville, and Nancy Tirone of Clifton, New Jersey; and a brother, Jerold Aust of Mobile, Alabama.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Phillip; son, Mike Donnelly, great granddaughters, Grace & Elena Donnelly; and brother, Jake Aust.

Graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at Maple Grove Cemetery with Jeff Hiers presiding. Visitation will be at Swaim Funeral Chapel, Dodge City on Friday, November 24, 2023 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM.  Memorials are suggested to Hospice of the Prairie in care of the funeral home.
