DODGE CITY - Dolores Ann Harbert, 75, died September 3, 2015 at Dodge City. She was born on February 7, 1940 at New Port, Rhode Island the daughter of Jess L. and Mary (Virgadamo) Sinnett.
Dolores attended schools in Kingman and was a 1957 graduate of Kingman High School. On June 4, 1960 she married Ralph M. Harbert in Kingman. She was a long time resident of Dodge City and was a homemaker.
She was a member of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe and the Alter Society both of Dodge City.
Dolores is survived by her mother, Anne Kendall; a son, George Harbert and wife Julie of Lawrence; a daughter, Frances Martinez and husband Butch of Pueblo, Colorado; son-in-law, Rick Sowers and wife Angela of Dodge City; six grandchildren, Tyler Harbert, Mason Harbert, Haven Harbert, Cody Martinez, Zachary Martinez, and Mitchell Sowers; five brothers, Joe, Jerry, Rick, Jim and Jeff; and two sisters, Judy and Jeanne. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ralph; son, Daniel Joseph; and daughter, Kathy Sowers.
Memorial service will be held at Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Wesley Schawe presiding. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Dodge City. Memorials are suggested to Hospice of the Prairie in care of the funeral home.
