Obituary
Donald R Larsen, 81, died Saturday, December 18, 2010 at Shepherd's Center in Cimarron. He was born on August 24, 1929 in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Dr. O.M. and Virginia (Richmond) Larsen.
Donald resided in Kansas City before moving to Cimarron. Mr. Larsen worked as a farmer on the family farm. He loved to play cards and enjoyed his nieces and nephews.
Mr. Larsen is survived by his sister, Virginia Nicolet and husband A.E. of Cimarron; three nephews; and one niece; and many great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Raymond.
Graveside service will be held at the Cimarron Cemetery, Cimarron, on Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at 2:30 PM with Pastors Carl and Joyce Nance presiding. Visitation will be at Swaim Funeral Chapel in Cimarron on Tuesday, December 21, 2010 from noon to 8:00 PM. Memorials can be made to the Donor's Choice in care of the funeral home.
