Dodge City, Kansas - Dwane Michael Brady, 73, died June 30, 2012 at Good Samaritan in Dodge City. He was born on November 11, 1938 in Garden City, the son of Delevand and Marie (Dreiling) Brady.

Dwane was raised on the family farm north of Ingalls. He graduated from St. Mary of the Plains High School in 1957. Mr. Brady was a lifelong resident of Dodge City.

He was a member of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe of Dodge City.

Dwane is survived by four brothers Leon Brady of Dodge City; Delmar Brady of Hutchinson; Kenneth Brady of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and Joseph Brady of Coaldale, Colorado. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Richard.

Vigil service will be Monday, July 2, 2012 at 7:00 PM at Swaim Funeral Home in Dodge City. Memorial service will be held at Swaim Funeral Home on Tuesday July 3, 2012 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Ted Skalsky presiding. Burial will take place at a later date. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. Memorials are suggested to Ford County Humane Society in care of the funeral home.
