Satanta - Enrique Perez (E.P.) Limon, 93, died December 29, 2015 at Satanta Long Term Care, Satanta. He was born on July 29, 1922 in San Antonio , Texas the son of Modesto and Antonia (Perez) Limon.

Enrique grew up in South Texas. On March 15, 1942, he married Sofia Martinez in Weslaco, Texas. She preceded him in death. They moved to Satanta in 1955 and raised their family. Enrique worked for the Santa Fe Railroad in maintenance. Later, he worked for KDOT in the road maintenance department. He enjoyed cooking, gardening, and raising livestock.

He was a member of the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church of Satanta.

Enrique is survived by four children: Enrique (Rick) Limon and wife Dee of Concordia, Maria Edna Smith of Satanta, Les Limon and wife Roxanne of El Dorado, and Juanita Lau and husband Rocky of Satanta; one daughter-in-law, Dee Limon of Wichita; one brother, Guadalupe Limon of San Diego, California; 11 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Sofia; one son, Emilio Limon; a daughter-in-law, Evelyn Limon; two brothers; and three sisters.

Funeral Mass will be held at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Satanta on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 10:30 AM with Rev. George Fajardo presiding. Burial will follow at Dudley Township Cemetery in Satanta. Vigil service will be at 7:00 on Friday, January 1, 2016 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. Visitation will be at Swaim Funeral Chapel Sublette on Friday, January 1, 2016 from noon to 5:00 PM.
