FT. DODGE - Eugene O. Walker, 86, died July 2, 2016 at the Kansas Soldiers Home, Ft. Dodge. He was born on September 23, 1929 at Roxana, Oklahoma the son of Charlie and Easter Lily (Black) Walker.

Eugene graduated from Preston High School in Preston. He received his business degree from Wichita State University. Mr. Walker served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. On May 27, 1956 he married Audrey Schmitt at Pawnee Rock.

Eugene is survived by two sons, Ford Walker and wife Carmen of Spanish Fort, Alabama and Terry Walker and wife Faye of Omaha, Nebraska; a daughter, Cynda Graff of Lynnwood, Washington; seven Grandchildren and four Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Audrey Schmitt; one brother and one sister.

Graveside service will be held at Pawnee Rock Cemetery on Thursday July 7, 2016 at 12:00 PM.
