Obituary
Florence E. Stuart, 95,died Wednesday, May 5,2010 at Presbyterian Manor of the Plains at Dodge City, KS. She was born on July 15,1914 at Harrison County, MO the daughter of John and Anna Viola (Bartlett) Selby.
She married Roy V. Stuart Jr. on March 6, 1943 at Bethany,Missouri,he preceded her in death on May 30, 1974.They moved to Dodge City from McPherson, Kansas in 1962. Mrs.Stuart worked as a secretary for the Unemployment Service and the Job Service Center and briefly at St.Mary of The Plains College.
Survivors include one son John (Jack) Stuart and wife Sharon of Dodge City and one daughter Patricia Ford and husband James of Santa Maria, California.
She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her husband,and one daughter Mary Beth Reigel.
The family will have a private memorial service at a later date. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. Memorials can be made to Manor of The Plains
in care of Swaim Funeral Home 1901 Sixth Ave. Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
