DODGE CITY - Genevieve Joan (Page) Grandon-Reese, 76, died April 1, 2011 at Western Plains Medical Complex, Dodge City. She was born on December 10, 1934 at Dodge City the daughter of Ted J. and Genevieve (Diehl) Page.

Joan attended Dodge City Schools and graduated from Dodge City High School. She was a homemaker. Joan Married Richard Grandon, he preceded her in death. On May 21, 2001 she married Ron Reese in Dodge City.

She was a member of the of the V.F.W. Auxiliary and Job's Daughters.

Joan is survived by her husband, Ron Reese of Dodge City; four sons, Gregg Grandon of Huntington Beach, California, Kerry Grandon of Murietta, California, Scott Grandon of Scottsdale, Arizona and Kelly Grandon of Phoenix, Arizona; sister, Phyllis Brown of La Mirada, California; sister-in-law, Barbara Downing of Copeland; mother-in-law, Maxine Grandon of Bella Vista, Arkansas; 14 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Ben, Vern and Freddy Page; and three sisters, Barbara Jean Meyer, Pat Schutte, and Mary Coates.

A celebration of life will be held at Swaim Funeral Home on Friday, April 8, 2011 at 2:30 PM with Mr. Bruce Titus presiding. There will be no public visitation as cremation has taken place.
