Dodge City - Glen R. "Bob" Brown, 85, died September 26, 2023 at St. Catherine's Hospital in Dodge City. He was born on July 30, 1938 at Omaha, Nebraska the son of George Robert and Elsie (Miller) Brown.

He married Sonja Lund on August 15, 1959 in Omaha, Nebraska, she survives. Bob enjoyed playing golf and working in his yard in his spare time. He loved spending time with his family.

He was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church in Dodge City.

He is survived by his wife Sonja of the home; one daughter Susan Konrade and husband Larry of Ashland, Kansas; two sons Robert David Brown and wife Nancy of Norfolk, Nebraska; James Lund Brown and wife Debbie of Colorado Springs, Colorado; two sisters Linda Remmerman and husband Mark of Omaha, Nebraska and Marilyn Bayerl and husband Andy of Arkansas. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, stepmother Beverly McDaniels and one sister Kim.

Memorial service will be held at Christ the King Lutheran Church on November 25, 2023 at 10:30 A.M with Rev. Corky Spitler officiating. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place.
