Gracene Eleanor Holuska, 82, died December 12, 2020 at Western Plains Medical Complex in Dodge City. She was born on February 21, 1938 in Dodge City, to Aaron Allen and Geraldine (Teagarden) Bailey.

After many moves, her folks settled in Syracuse where she graduated from Syracuse High School in 1955.  On May 28, 1955, she married Roger Holuska in Syracuse and they moved to Dodge City.  She worked at Dodge Livestock, A & B Trucking, and finally as office manager for Drs. Ripple and Liebl for 30 years.  Gracene also worked as a scorer for auto races for various promoters all over the state of Kansas.

Gracene was active in the local AARC, GGF club and several card clubs.  Her hobbies included bridge, scrap booking, crocheting and playing the keyboard.  She especially enjoyed making gifts with her embroidery machine.

Gracene is survived by her husband, Roger of Dodge City; three children, Daniel of Topeka, Melanie Knight and husband Corky of Dodge City, and Jeralyn Myers and husband Jeff of Dodge City; one brother, Lyle Bailey of Pratt; one sister, Beverly Finkenbinder and husband Fred of Loveland, Colorado; five grandchildren, Tajia Knight (Joe Cutright), Dustin Knight, Joel Jellison (Haley), Amanda LaBarge (Joe, Jr.) and Tara Myers; five great grandchildren, Aubree, Conner, Jaden, Jace, Oliver, and Emmalyn.  She is preceded in death by her parents; and sisters and brothers- in-law, Darold and Sue Dean, Nancy Bailey, Edwin and DeLois Rice, Joe Holuska, Jr., and Charles and Patricia Holuska.

Private family graveside service will be held at Maple Grove Cemetery with Rev.
