Dodge City - Hazel R. McClurkin, 91, died March 8, 2013 at Western Plains Medical Complex, Dodge City . She was born on May 3, 1921 at Callaway, Nebraska the daughter of Christoph and Emma Dora (Wish) Wolff.

She married Harold McClurkin on November 10, 1938 in Dodge City, he preceded her in death. Hazel loved playing bingo and being outdoors. She worked for Meals on Wheels for several years in southeast Kansas before moving to Dodge City.

She is survived by her son John McClurkin of Hemet, California; one brother Herman Wolff of Wilroads Gardens; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers Earnest, Amil, Julius, and two sisters Mary, and Lilly.

Memorial service will be held at Wilroads Gardens Christian Church on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at 2:00 PM with Mr. Jeff Hiers presiding. Inurnment will be held at a later date at Valley View Cemetery in Garden City. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place.
