Dodge City - Jacqueline Marie Foskuhl, 66, died February 12, 2023 at her home in Dodge City. She was born on January 20, 1957 in Hutchinson, the daughter of Earl Lowry Jr. and Margaret (Edwards) Lowry.

Jackie grew up in Pretty Prairie and moved with her family to Dodge City in 1971. She graduated from Dodge City High School and attended college in Dodge City. On February 21, 1979 she married James E. Foskuhl in Dodge City. Jackie was a First Baptist Church secretary and helped with the family tree-trimming business. She enjoyed arts and crafts and spending time with her family.

Jackie is survived by her children, Christina Kephart & Mark, Michael Shane Foskuhl, Shawna Foskuhl, Jason Foskuhl & Katy; grandchildren, Mickashell, Miranda, Krista, David, Cassandra, J.J., Perla and Kira; numerous great-grandchildren; a brother, Vernon Lowry & Cindy; and a sister, Cathy Johnson & Jack. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James Foskuhl, and three grandchildren.

Graveside memorial service will be held at the Ford Cemetery on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at 11:00 AM, with Pastor Kirk Larson presiding. A book signing will be at Swaim Funeral Chapel on Friday, February 17, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
