Cimarron - Javier Trevino, 22, died May 29, 2020 at Acension Via Christi Hospital in Manhattan, Kansas.  He was born on July 23, 1997 at Juarez, Mexico the son of Pedro Trevino and Hilda (Castillo) Trevino.

Javier loved listening to music, playing basketball and hanging out with his friends and family. He was a very fun loving young man. He loved studying astronomy and looking at all the different stars. His favorite saying to his mom was La amo to the moon y patras, I love you to the moon and back.

He was a member of the Cimarron Christian Church of Cimarron.

He is survived by his parents Pedro and Hilda Trevino of Cimarron; three brothers Pedro Trevino and Bridgette Lantz and niece Realyn Trevino of Lucas, Kansas; Edwardo Trevino of Cimarron; Rafael Trevino of Cimarron and one sister Adlih Trevino of Cimarron.

Funeral service will be held at Cimarron Christian Church on Wednesday June  3, 2020 at 2:00 PM with Mr. David  Johnson presiding.  Burial will follow at Cimarron Cemetery in Cimarron.  Visitation will be at Cimarron Christian Church on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 from 12:00 to 8:00 PM.  Memorials are suggested to Javier Trevino Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.  Thoughts and memories may be shared in the online guest book at www.swaimfuneralhome.com.
