SATANTA - Jeffery (Jeff) Louis Kolb, 48, died March 1, 2014 in Texarkana, Texas . He was born on June 10, 1965 in Meade, the son of Perry and Katherine (Stoddard) Kolb.

Jeff grew up in Moscow and attended school there until moving to Satanta with his family when he was junior high. He then attended school in Satanta. Jeff went to work for the oil industry working at various oil fields. He was currently residing in Atlanta, Texas.

Jeffery is survived by a son, Derek Kolb of Muskogee, Oklahoma; his father and step-mother, Perry and Judy Kolb of Newton; a brother, Danny Kolb and wife Jeanie of Harrison, Arkansas; one step-brother, Chris Muench of Hays; two sisters, Deborah Kolb of Parsons and Teresa Henderson and husband Scott of Camdenton, Missouri; one step-sister, Jennifer Fox of Wichita; and a granddaughter, Piper of Virginia. He is preceded in death by his mother, Katherine; a daughter, Sarah Emily; and grandparents, Pete and Julia Stoddard and Frank and Hazel Kolb.

Memorial graveside service will be held at Dudley Township Cemetery in Satanta on Friday, March 14, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place.
