Sublette - Jennie M. Mosttler, 62, died March 30, 2015 at Comanche County Hospital in Coldwater. She was born on February 18, 1953 in Fort Worth, Texas, the daughter of Earl Wyatt and Cintrella (Branson) Ridens. Jr.
Jennie moved with her family several times as she was growing up. She graduated from high school in Oklahoma City. In 1981, she moved to Sublette. On September 12, 1981, she married John Mosttler. He survives. Jennie enjoyed many things in her life. She loved to crochet and was active as a Girl Scout leader for many years in Sublette. Her family was also a very important part of her life and she loved spending time with all of them.
In addition to her husband, John, Jennie is survived by three daughters, Sarah Hines of Sublette, Carman Baggett of Weatherford, Texas, and Angela Baack of Sublette; one son, Deshawn Mosttler and wife Lisa of Lemoore, California; one sister, Julia Trevino and husband Frank of Yuma, Arizona; 11 grandchildren; and one great grandchild to arrive soon. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial service will be held at Sublette Christian Church on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 10:30 AM with Pastor David Erwin presiding. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. A private family burial will take place at a later time. Memorials are suggested to the donor's choice in care of Swaim Funeral Chapel - PO Box 607 - Sublette, Kansas 67877.
