Jennifer K. McDonald, 32, died Thursday, May 21, 2009 as a result of injuries sustained in a vehicular accident 5 miles east of Greensburg, Kansas. She was born on March 24, 1977 at Suwon, South Korea, the daughter of Clifford E. and Kum Sun (Choi) McDonald.

Jennifer grew up in Grand Forks, North Dakota. In 1981, she moved to Fort Collins, Colorado. She graduated from Centennial High School in Fort Collins. Jennifer then attended Larimer Junior College in Fort Collins where she studied in the Veterinarian Technician Program. She had a huge heart towards people and animals.

Jennifer was a member of the Better Barrel Racing Association, the National Barrel Horse Association, and was active in 4-H in raising animals.

Jennifer is survived by her parents, Clifford E. and Kum Sun McDonald, Sr. of Ft. Collins, Colorado; one brother, Clifford McDonald, Jr. and fiance Liz Neal of Ft. Collins, Colorado; her fiance, Tim O'Neal of Parsons; two uncles, Bill F. McDonald of Edgerton, Wisconsin and Thomas C. McDonald of Chattanooga, Tennessee; one aunt, Ellen Davis of Ft. Collins, Colorado; a cousin, Cindy Davis of Ft. Collins, Colorado; and a niece, Madison McDonald of Ft. Collins, Colorado.

Memorial service will be held at Swaim Funeral Home in Dodge City, Kansas on Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at 3:00 PM with Mr. Stan Copeland presiding. Friends are asked to wear casual or western attire for the service. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place.
