JESUS OCHOA-MORALES
Dodge City - Jesus Ochoa-Morales, 55, died August 9, 2015 at Western Plains Medical Complex, Dodge City. He was born on December 26, 1959 at Durango, Mexico, the son of Santos and Maria Petra (Morales) Ochoa.
He came to the United States in 1985 from Durango, Mexico. He lived in Chicago, Illinois for five years before coming to Dodge City. He was employed by the Cargill Company in Dodge City for the last twenty five years.
He was a member of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe of Dodge City.
Survivors include his wife, Martina Ochoa-Romero, Dodge City, three daughters, Lucy Ochoa, Wichita, Asucena Ochoa, Korea; Griselda Ochoa, Dodge City, one son, David Ochoa, Wichita, and six brothers and sisters.
Funeral mass will be on Monday, August 17, 2015 at 10:00 AM at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Dodge City with Rev.Wesley Schawe presiding. Burial will be later in the week at Torreon San Isidro near Rodeo, Durango, Mexico. Visitation will be at Swaim Funeral Home, Dodge City, on Sunday, August 16, 2015 from noon to 5:00 PM. Vigil services will be at 7: 00 PM, Sunday, August 16, 2015 at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Dodge City. Memorials are suggested to the Jesus Ochoa-Morales Memorial Fund, in care of Swaim Funeral Home, 1901 6th Avenue, Dodge City, Kansas, 67801.
