Dodge City - Jimmy Lee Livingston, 69, died February 16, 2018 at his home in Dodge City.  He was born on October 13, 1948 at Dumas, Arkansas the son of Leroy and Gertrude (Lewis) Livingston.

Jimmy was a graduate of Liberal High School. After graduating he went to work for Excel Energy in Liberal.  In 1980 he moved to Dodge City and went to work at Excel/Cargill where he was employed until he retired. Jimmy enjoyed traveling to visit friends and family.

He is survived by three sisters, Margeria Hall of Pittsburg, California, Ernestine Nunnery of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Mariah Livingston of Amarillo, Texas; several nieces and nephews. Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Falcon, Roosevelt, George, and Gilford Livingston; and two sisters, Sarah Parker and Luretha Livingston.

Funeral service will be held at Swaim Funeral Home on Friday February 23, 2018 at 1:00 PM.  Memorials are suggested to the Jimmy Livingston Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.  Thoughts and memories may be shared in the online guest book at www.swaimfuneralhome.com.
