Dodge City – John Wayne Reno, 75, died August 27, 2020 at his home in Dodge City.  He was born on September 2, 1944 at Mena, Arkansas the son of Herbert John and Evalena (Dizmang) Reno.

He married Kathryn Kendall on June 21, 1969 in Clinton, Oklahoma, she survives. Mr. Reno owned the pharmacy in Jetmore for numerous years before retiring. He loved collecting old cars especially T-Birds. Mr. Reno also enjoyed watching movies in his spare time.

He is survived by his wife Kathryn of the home; one brother Ronald L. Reno of Omaha, Nebraska and one sister Joan Vahne of Guymon, Oklahoma.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister Wanda Reno and one brother Robert L. Reno.

Private graveside service will be held at Concord Cemetery with pastor Kirk Larson presiding. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place.
