SUBLETTE - Jonathan Rex Unruh, 20, died November 9, 2012 at his home in Bel Aire. He was born on December 5, 1991 in Garden City, the son of Rex and Charleen (Lipe) Unruh.

Jonathan attended grade school in Copeland before moving to Sublette. He graduated from Sublette High School in 2010. Jonathan was currently attending ITT in Wichita, majoring in drafting and design. He had a passion for Ford Mustangs; enjoyed sports, especially basketball and baseball, and loved his family very much.

Jonathan is survived by his mother, Charleen Paris of Bel Aire; one brother, James Unruh and wife Mitzi of Jacksonville, North Carolina; two sisters, Samantha Paris of Bel Aire and Chloe Unruh of Shamrock, Texas; Grandparents, Les and Gertrude Unruh of Copeland and Doreen and Vaughn Lipe of Sublette; one aunt, Gina Cash and husband Terry of Copeland and their children, Zachary and Wesley Cash both of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Krista Cash of Luray; two uncles, Phillip Lipe and wife Melissa and Ronald Stokes and wife Tammy all of Sublette; one aunt, Joan Unruh of Copeland; and many cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Rex Unruh; and two uncles, Garold and Wesley Unruh.

Funeral service will be held at Sublette Christian Church on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at 2:00 PM with Pastor David Erwin and Mr. Craig Atkinson presiding. Burial will follow at Salem Mennonite Church Cemetery in Copeland with Ministers Sam Unruh and Steve Unruh presiding. Visitation will be at Swaim Funeral Chapel of Montezuma on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 from noon to 8:00 P.M.. Memorials are suggested to Jonathan Unruh Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
