Judith Ann Konrade, 74, passed away on May 18, 2026, at Kansas Medical Center in Andover, Kansas. She was born on September 11, 1951 in Spearville, Kansas to Fred and Ivra (Tieben) Heiland.

Judy graduated from Windthorst High School and on May 12, 1973 she married Robert (Bob) Konrade at Windthorst.

She worked for Speed King Manufacturing in Dodge City and the USD 381 Spearville for 35 years as Secretary to the Superintendent of Schools and clerk for the Board of Education.

Judy enjoyed spending time with the grandkids, cooking, reading and lake activities. For many years she was a member of a rosary club that made rosaries and sent them to the missions overseas. Judy also enjoyed serving on the Southwind Senior Living activities committee.

She is survived by her husband, Bob Konrade of Offerle, KS; three children, Kim Hornung and Kyle of Olathe, KS, Chris Konrade and Martha of Spearville, KS, and Kirk Konrade and Morgan of Spearville. KS; nine grandchildren, Addison Coates, Mason Coates, Aydin Ruiz, Austin Ruiz, Aubree Ruiz, Kelton Konrade, Kaleb Konrade, Kambre Konrade, and Kaley Konrade.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents; seven brothers, Wilfred, Norbert, Jerry, Anthony, Fred, Bernard, and Ves Heiland and three sisters, Emogene Stevens, Monica Carmichael, and Mary Martinez.

Rosary service will be held at 7:00 PM on Monday, May 25, 2026 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Windthorst. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Windthorst. Cremation burial will follow at New St. Joseph Cemetery, Offerle, KS.
