Julio Perez-Pantoja, 26, passed away on August 1, 2026, near Dodge City. He was born on June 24, 2000 in Mexico, to Ambrosio Perez and Ma Petra Pantoja de Perez.

Julio grew up in Mexico and moved to Dodge City as a teenager. He attended Comanche Middle School and graduated from Dodge City High School in 2018. He was currently working at Takkion Windfarm in Spearville.

Julio was mechanically inclined and enjoyed working on his cars and truck. He enjoyed riding around spending time with his family especially his nieces and nephews. Julio will be remembered as being a loving brother and great uncle. He would walk into his siblings' houses and immediately head straight to find his nieces and nephews. No matter the weather or situation he was there for us all.

He enjoyed his blue-collar life, particularly working with cranes. He approached life with an inspiring work ethic and a brave heart. No matter how difficult the task, he stepped up with determination and a willing spirit, turning every challenge into a victory. He was the most caring and selfless man. He would constantly offer his siblings advice and a helping hand. As a son and brother, he was amazing, always helping, encouraging, and bringing out the best in everyone. He accomplished so much at his young age. He enjoyed going "de Ruta" with his brothers, especially his twin brother, Jose.

He is survived by parents, Ambrosio Perez and Ma Petra Pantoja de Perez of Dodge City; his siblings, Juan Perez-Pantoja, Mariana Perez-Pantoja, twin brother Jose Perez-Pantoja, and Maria Perez-Pantoja all Dodge City; and seven nieces and nephews.

The Vigil Service will be at 7:00pm on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at Swaim Funeral Chapel. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00am on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Visitation will be on Wednesday from Noon to 7:00pm at Swaim Funeral Chapel of Dodge City. Burial will follow the mass at Maple Grove Cemetery in Dodge City. Julio creció en México y se mudó a Dodge City cuando era adolescente. Asistió a la Escuela Secundaria Comanche y se graduó de Dodge City High School en 2018. El trabajaba en Takkion Windfarm en Spearville.

Julio tenía una gran habilidad para la mecánica y disfrutaba trabajar en sus autos y su camioneta. Le gustaba salir a pasear y pasar tiempo con su familia, especialmente con sus sobrinas y sobrinos. Julio será recordado por ser un hermano cariñoso y un gran tío. Entraba a las casas de sus hermanos y de inmediato iba a buscar a sus sobrinas y sobrinos. Sin importar el clima o la situación, siempre estuvo ahí para todos nosotros.

Disfrutaba de su vida como trabajador de oficio, particularmente trabajando con grúas. Afrontaba la vida con una ética de trabajo inspiradora y un corazón valiente. Sin importar lo difícil que fuera la tarea, daba un paso al frente con determinación y buena disposición, convirtiendo cada desafío en una victoria. Era el hombre más atento y desinteresado. Constantemente ofrecía consejos y una mano amiga a sus hermanos. Como hijo y hermano, fue extraordinario, siempre ayudando, animando y sacando lo mejor de todos. Logró muchísimo a su corta edad. Disfrutaba salir "de Ruta" con sus hermanos, especialmente con su hermano gemelo, José.

Le sobreviven sus padres, Ambrosio Pérez y Ma Petra Pantoja de Pérez, de Dodge City; sus hermanos, Juan Pérez-Pantoja, Mariana Pérez-Pantoja, su hermano gemelo José Pérez-Pantoja y María Pérez-Pantoja, todos de Dodge City; y siete sobrinas y sobrinos.

El Servicio de Vigilia será a las 7:00 p. m. del miércoles 5 de agosto de 2026 en Swaim Funeral Chapel. La Misa Funebre se celebrará a las 10:00 a. m. del jueves 6 de agosto de 2026 en la Catedral de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe. La visita será el miércoles desde el mediodía hasta las 7:00 p. m. en Swaim Funeral Chapel de Dodge City. El sepelio se llevará a cabo después de la misa en el cementerio Maple Grove de Dodge City.
