Dodge City - Kathleen Wylie, 72, died May 25, 2025 at her home in Dodge City, Kansas.  She was born on January 19, 1953 at Wichita, Kansas the daughter of Robert and Wilma Jean (Rockhold) Wylie.

She loved to read, write short stories, fishing, working on puzzles and spending time with her family whenever she could. She was a very caring person and loved to sharing and helping people whenever she could. Ms. Wylie was a very dear friend to all who were close to her. She especially loved her cat "Whiskey"

She is survived by one brother Mike Wylie and wife Laura of Dodge City. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, many great nieces and nephews and many great great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Wilma Jean Wylie, two brothers David Wylie and wife Sandy, Robert Wylie and wife Shirley, two sisters Becky Hughes and Dianna Samples.

Memorial service will be held at Dodge City Mennonite Church on Saturday June 14, 2025 at 10:30 AM with Mr. Lloyd Nightengale presiding. Inurnment will be held at a later date at the Montezuma Mennonite Church Cemetery in Montezuma There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place.
