Dodge City - Kenny Rabe, 62, passed away on January 26, 2025 at his home in Dodge City.  He was born on January 20, 1963 at Kinsley, the son of Marvin and Agnes (Arensdorf) Rabe.

Kenny was a graduate of Spearville High School. He worked for Wilbert Vault Company in Kinsley for many years and later for BNSF Railway for 20 years. Kenny was also a member of the Kinsley Volunteer Fire Department for 19 years. On May 8, 1998 he married Christina Nau, they later divorced. Kenny was an avid NASCAR fan and also worked at Dodge City Raceway Park on the Elite Motorsport Safety Team.

Kenny is survived by his daughter, Brianne (Rabe)  Bland; two step children, Blake Reiling and Branagan Reiling; grandchildren Andrea Miller, Eric Miller, Keaira Dobyns, Clayton Dobyns, Sage Stinementze, Mason Schaffer, Zoey Bland, and Alexander Bland; great grandson, Walker Miller; six brothers, Terry Rabe and Belinda of Dodge City, Gary Rabe of Dodge City, Randy Rabe of Dodge City, Kevin Rabe and Jan of Spearville, Tom Rabe of Spearville, and Bob Rabe and Penny of Dodge City; sister-in-law, Cindy Rabe of Bucklin; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Tim Rabe.

Celebration of Life will be held at Swaim Funeral Chapel on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at 10:00AM with Jeff Hiers presiding.  Private family interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery, Windthorst, Kansas.
