Fort Dodge - Larry Allen Rohr, 81, passed away on January 28, 2025 at the Kansas Soldiers Home, Ft. Dodge.  He was born on December 9, 1943 at Denver, Colorado the son of Harold and Evelyn (Younger) Rohr.

Larry grew up in Denver and after graduating he joined the US Army serving during the Vietnam War. He was a salesman for a private cemetery for 30 years. In 2017 Larry moved from Wyoming to the Kansas Soldiers Home at Ft. Dodge. He enjoyed playing penny slot machines and all the activities at the Kansas Soldiers Home.

Larry is survived by his son, Lance Rohr of Thornton, Colorado. He was preceded in death by his parents, two daughters, Debbie Rohr and Christene Rohr; and two brothers, Gary Rohr and Harry Rohr.

Graveside service will be held at 1:00PM on Friday, February 7, 2025 at the Kansas Veterans' Cemetery at Wakeeney with Pastor Randy Gibbs presiding. There will be no public visitation as cremation has taken place. Military honors will be provided by KSARNG Military Honors and SWKS Veterans' Funeral Honor Guard.
