LARRY EDWARD TAYLOR
Larry Edward Taylor, 60, died Thursday, January 15, 2009 at Western Plains Medical Complex in Dodge City. He was born on April 12, 1948 at Kansas City, Kansas, the son of Edward Henry and Winifred (Sewell) Taylor.
He worked for Owen's Corning before moving to Fort Dodge in July of 1998. Larry was a veteran of the United States Air Force serving from 1967 to 1971. He served in Viet Nam.
Survivors include: two daughters, Lisa Huntington of Leavenworth and Lara Kitts of Ada, Michigan; one son, Larry M. Taylor of Gladstone, Missouri; one brother, Dennis Taylor and wife Carla of Basehor; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Family suggests memorials to the Larry Edward Taylor Memorial Fund in care of Swaim Funeral Home, 1901 Sixth Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801. Personal Condolences may be left at www.swaimfuneralhome.com.
