Dodge City - Leizan Talabera, died March 1, 2018 in Dodge City, Kansas.  He was born on November 13, 2017 in Dodge City, Kansas the infant son of Wilfredo Talabera and Felisha Neyer.

He is survived by his parents and siblings all of Dodge City.
