MARGARET SUE "MAGGIE" RANDEL

DODGE CITY-Margaret Sue " Maggie" Randel, 85, died Friday, October 2, 2009 at her home in Dodge City. She was born on August 11, 1924 in Fellsburg, Kansas the daughter of Frank and Hattie Frances (Mahan) Kilgore.

She married Raymon Evans in California on August 11, 1943. They later divorced. She married Forrest Randel in Mountain View, Arkansas in 1948. They also divorced.

She worked for Medicalodge in Kinsley, as a certified nurse assistant until her retirement. In 1990, she moved to Dodge City. She enjoyed the outdoors and crocheting. She is a past member of the Dodge City Singles.

Margaret is survived by two daughters, Evelyn Fulton of Dodge City and Marilyn Ryan of Plains; four grandsons, Bob Ryan of Lewisville, Texas, Devin Ryan and wife Barb of Kismet, Dallas Ryan and wife Tracey of Liberal, and Kevin Ford and wife Trish of Lewis; one granddaughter, Leisha Fulton of Findlay, Ohio; 13 great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, Frank, Chet, Ernie, and an infant brother; two infant sisters, Trula Pauline and Coleen. She was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Tonya Fulton and a son in law, John Fulton.

Memorial graveside service will be held at Fellsburg Cemetery, Fellsburg, Kansas, on Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at 10:30 AM with Mr. Jeff Hiers presiding.
