Dodge City - Nadine Phelps, 75, passed away on December 12, 2024 with her husband and sons by her side. She was born on September 19, 1949 in Buffalo, Oklahoma, the daughter of Chester and Mary (Demitruk) Harmon.

Nadine was an administrative assistant for Attorney Dave Snapp, residential care worker for Youthville, and a financial planner at Smoll &Banning. She enjoyed bowling and was on Dodge City league teams. Nadine loved to cook, garden, and craft. She was an avid candy crush player, spent time at casinos, and traveled while she could. Most of all she loved to spend time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her loving husband, Willy Phelps; three sons, Tommy Phelps (Becky), Michael Phelps (Mandy), and Robert Slavin (Wendi); grandchildren, Ali Phelps, Abbey Herrs (Jacob), Carley, Audrey, Grant, Isaac, and Mason Phelps; and a niece, Lori Mahan. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Carol Ann Mahan.
