Nancy Irene Ridge, age 81, a lifelong resident of Dodge City, Kansas, passed away on May 28, 2026. She was born on November 25, 1944 to John Henry and Ruby Irene (Thomas) Ridge.

After graduating from Dodge City High School, she went on to have successful careers at Fidelity State Bank & Trust and High Plains Journal before retiring. She loved being outside and interacting with God’s creatures. Her favorites were the neighborhood cats, squirrels and birds.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her brother, Jerry and wife Ruth of Garden City. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Jack, Thomas “Butch” and Richard “Dick” Ridge; and a sister, Patricia Looney.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 11:00am at Maple Grove Cemetery, Dodge City, Kansas. Thoughts and memories may be shared in the online guest book at www.swaimfuneralhome.com.
