Lawrence - Randall John Press, 65, died January 23, 2024 in Dodge City. He was born on February 24, 1958 in Quinter, Kansas, the son of Victor and Iris (Keady) Press.
Randall was a director of research studies and did contract research for various pharmaceutical companies. He was world renowned for a very precise, art-like form of whole-body auto radiography. He was also famous as a human and animal anatomist. Randall was also a bass player in a band in the 80's called Nexit that performed at proms and bars. He married Kelli White later in life; together they had a son, Trace McRay White Press.
He was a member of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists.
Randall is survived by his wife, Kelli White of Lawrence; a son, Trace McRay White Press of Lawrence; siblings, Brett Press of Lawrence and Carrie (Roger) Ringer of Quinter. He was preceded in death by his parents, Victor and Iris Press; and an infant daughter, Claire Allen Press.
