Dodge City – Randy C. Frey, 68, died October 4, 2021 at his home in Dodge City. He was born on August 10, 1953 at Dodge City, Kansas the son of Chester Lee Frey and Welda Grace (Scott) Frey.

He married Christine Young on May 21, 1983 in Dodge City, Kansas, she survives. Mr. Frey worked as a lead man at Cargill for 31 years. He was a lifelong resident of Dodge City and graduated from Dodge City High School in 1971. Mr. Frey enjoyed working on old cars as well as hunting, fishing and gardening in his spare time. He was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan.

He is survived by his wife Christine Frey of the home, one daughter Rona Bouzarth and husband Brian of Washington State; two granddaughters Blaire and Alix and his mother Welda Frey of Dodge City; two sister-in-laws as well as two brother-in-laws and their families and numerous cousins and aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his father Chester Frey, one brother Kelly Frey and his grandparents.

Memorial service will be held at Swaim Funeral Chapel on Friday, October 8, 2021 at 10:00 AM with Mr. Jeff  Hiers presiding. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place.
