Dodge City - Rene Orlando Figueroa, Jr., 42, died January 16, 2023 in rural Clark County. He was born on April 29, 1980 at Bakersfield, California the son of Rene Orlando Figueroa, Sr. and Gloria Blanco.

Rene grew up in McFarland, California and graduated from McFarland High School. The family later moved to Dodge City in 2015. Rene was a route driver for Highland Dairy in Dodge City. He loved to spend time with his family.

Rene is survived by his children, Norene, Angel, Jospeh, Cateleya, and Damian Figueroa; step-daughter, Valeria Perezchica; and his mother, Gloria Blanco of McFarland, California.

Funeral service will be held at Swaim Funeral Chapel on Friday, January 27, 2023 at 3:30PM with Pastor Josh Smith presiding. Visitation will be at Swaim Funeral Chapel on Friday, January 27, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until service time. Burial will be at the North Kern Cemetery in Delano, California.
