Jetmore - Rita  Crotinger, 62, died February 15, 2018 at Hodgeman County Long Term Care Center in Jetmore. She was born on October 3, 1955 at Dodge City the daughter of Kenneth Brown  and Patricia (Page) Schuette.

She married Daniel Crotinger on January 27, 1979 in Dodge City, he preceded her in death on July 13, 1994. She loved listening to music and dancing. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family.

She attended the First Missionary Church in Dodge City.

She is survived by one son  Jacob Crotinger and wife Jordan of Montana; two daughters Phoebe Jones and husband Rick of Dodge City; Trisha Crotinger of Dodge City and one sister Rhonda Slattery and one brother Mike Brown. . She is also survived by seven grandchildren Ashlee, Amy, Naomi, Joshua, Kaden, Kort, and  Peyton and six great grandchildren Ahmani, Ahrya, Aubrianna, Jaylen, Skylyn and Makayla.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, February 19, 2018 at Swaim Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Hiers presiding. Inurnment will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Dodge City.  There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. Memorials are suggested to Rita Crotinger Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
