Dodge City - Robyn Rae Fralick, 66, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 23, 2017 in Garden City. She was born on January 19, 1951 in Dodge City, to William and Melva Deane (Railing) Turley.
Robyn attended Dodge City High School, graduating in 1969. On June 6, 1970, she married Kevin Russell Fralick in Dodge City. Robyn later went on to receive her Associates of Applied Science in Nursing from Dodge City Community College. She worked as a school nurse for USD 443 for more than 20 years. She was known as Nurse Robyn to many students in the Dodge City area before retiring to enjoy her grandchildren. Robyn enjoyed watching Nascar and NHRA drag racing. Most of all, she loved being with her children and grandchildren.
She was a member of the Dodge City Church of the Nazarene.
Robyn is survived by her husband, Kevin of the home; sons, Trevor Fralick and wife Rebecca of Dodge City and Robert Fralick and wife Jhunaida of Naples, Florida; daughters, Susie Racy and husband Michael of Montezuma and Kristi Holthaus and husband Mark of Lenexa; her mother, Melva Deane Turley; sister, Eugenia Stanley; brother, Bill Turley and wife Sheri all of Dodge City; and grandchildren, Miquela, Izabella, Cayden, and Conner Fralick of Dodge City, Richard, Gwendolyn, Andrew, Brinley, and Kevin Racy of Montezuma, and Tatum, Ellyson, and Marley Holthaus of Lenexa. She is preceded in death by her father, Bill Turley; her in-laws, Russell and Eileen Fralick; sister, Lt. Cmdr. Leslie Turley; and a nephew, Blake Stanley.
Funeral service will be held at the Dodge City Church of the Nazarene on Wednesday June 28, 2017 at 2:00 PM with Dr. Michael Burns presiding. Interment will follow at Scroggins Memorial Mausoleum in Dodge City. Visitation will be at Swaim Funeral Chapel, Dodge City on Tuesday June 27, 2017 from noon to 8:00PM.
