DODGE CITY - Ronald K. Sidebottom, 74, died friday, January 6, 2017 at the Good Samaritan Center, Dodge City. He was born on December 1, 1942 at Dodge City the son of Ronald Willis and Margaret (Urton) Sidebottom. Ronald and his family resided in Colorado for many years before moving back to his hometown.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Rhonda Jo (Sidebottom) Bruckner and husband James P. of Fayetteville, North Carolina; his companion, Mildred Norton of Dodge City; grandchildren, Alan Sidebottom and wife Krisandra, Charrity Longan and husband Jeff, and KC Swain all of Colorado, Mackenzie Bruckner of Boone, North Carolina, and Nicholas Bruckner of Fayetteville, North Carolina. Ronald is also survived by great grandchildren, Morgan, Masen, Dallie, Wyatt, Beau, Savannah, Cooper and Remington as well as brothers-in-law, Michael Dunn and wife Sherri, Jeff Dunn and wife Starla and sister-in-law Jean Cox and husband Arthur Lee; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. He will also be dearly missed by his four furry children, Molly, PeeWee, Snowflake and Tom.

He was preceded in death by his wife of thirty six years, Nila Jane (Dunn) Sidebottom and by his son, Randy Dean Sidebottom.
