Sherry Foskuhl passed away on May 16, 2026, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. She was born on October 7, 1953 in Dodge City to Raymond and Shirley (Johnston) DuPree, Born and raised in Dodge City, Sherry brought warmth and laughter to everyone she met.

She was a 1971 graduate of Ford High School. Following graduation, Sherry worked for Cimarron Insurance. Sherry most recently worked for Dodge City Community College financial department. Known for her infectious spirit and her zest for life, Sherry was a treasured wife to Gary Foskuhl. They were married on May 26, 1978.

Sherry's enthusiasm for life extended into everything she did-from spontaneous adventures to quiet evenings spent with family, she lived with her whole heart and encouraged others to do the same. Her favorite hobby was gardening and planting flowers. Sherry was also an avid bowler.

Sherry is survived by her loving husband, Gary of Dodge City; her mother, Shirley DuPree of Dodge City; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her father, Raymond DuPree; a brother, Terry DuPree; and a sister, Vickie Herrington.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Swaim Funeral Chapel, Dodge City. There is no viewing as cremation has taken place.
